Winemaker Notes
The season for this wine was long and even tempered. The month before harvest cooler allowing the fruit to hang longer and not get overripe. Aging was done in 100% French oak to give the wine a smooth texture. Allowing the wine to mature naturally over two years in the barrel gave the wine more complexity and made it ready to drink right away.
Food Pairing Notes
Enjoy with lamb, grilled tri-tip or meaty casseroles.
