The wine was aged in French and American oak for over three years. Intense rich and luscious plum and red cherry fruit flavors, tobacco and chocolate overtones with a hint of green olives. Pronounced silky leather finish. Enjoy with Beef Stroganoff or Rack of Lamb. Good by itself or with a nice flavorful aged White Cheddar and French Bread.
