Dinner: Five Course Elegant Dinner paired with our wines and port!

Welcome Reception - Premium Artisan Cheeses paired with 2008 Starlight Chardonnay

Appetizer - Guava Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Salad of Gala Apples, Curried Pecans, & Bermuda Triangle Goat's Cheese paired with 2006 Dawn Reserve Merlot

First Course - Pan Seared Sea Bass, Braised Baby Bok Choy, Soy Glazed Shiitake Mushrooms & Sweet & Sour Sauce paired with 2007 Special Reserve Eclipse Mourvedre

Second Course - Grilled Certified Angus Rib Eye, Garlic Fingerlings, Broccolini, Horseradish Creme Fraiche paired with 2007 Stargazer Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert - Country Style Cheesecake, Strawberry Champagne Coulis paired with 2006 Rapture Port
